kitty torture and other holiday fun

This year I decided it would be fun to dress my cat up in holiday attire, take her picture, and actually send out a holiday card. However, it turns out I like to procrastinate (or I just worked too much to have time to make a card in time to send out), so my holiday card is electronic this year (which is still a step up from last year when I didn’t make one at all). So, for those of you who did not get the privilege of receiving this in your e-mail, I present to you Miss Mouse dressed as a reindeer:

just for funzies

Here are some old Holga photos that I developed back in my Creative Photography class in college. I ran into them while looking for something on my computer today, and thought I’d share.

escape from alcatraz

Look at these photos and tell me you don’t want to watch old movies about mobsters trying to escape from Alcatraz.

This video is kind of amazing; it combines two things I love, Glee and flow charts! Enjoy.

black friday laziness

Happy Black Friday everybody! Did you go shopping today? I did, but only for a little while. I dragged my friend Adam along to Target and Walmart this morning (5am), to buy myself a nice flat screen TV. I’ve wanted one forever, but they always seemed so expensive. This one was too, but it was also $150 off. Anyway, after my very early morning of shopping hell, I felt like doing nothing but sitting around all day. I spent most the afternoon watching Glee: Season 1 Volume 1 The Road to Sectionals (a.k.a. the best of Glee), and editing some more San Fran photos. I’m seriously missing that city right now. Here are my favorites from todays batch:

I finally got around to editing a few of my pictures from our San Francisco vacation. Here is a sneak peek at what’s to come.

i remember doing the time warp

Glee did The Rocky Horror Picture Show tonight and it was amazing!

I started watching Glee from the very first episodes, and it was initially the crazy story lines that hooked me. Lately the story has been lacking, in fact, my biggest complaint about season two is that there seems to be no plot whatsoever. However lacking the story might be, the performances are getting bigger and better. The “Time Warp” was pretty amazing tonight, here’s a video to prove it.

Now I really want to go to the midnight screening of Rocky Horror at the Dundee theater on Friday! Any takers?
